I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals, couples, and families feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is person-centered and attachment-based, rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey.

You may feel overwhelmed, stretched too thin, emotionally drained, unsure how to carry everything on your plate, or like you're carrying the emotional weight of others while struggling to stay grounded yourself. Maybe you're adjusting to motherhood, seeking reconnection in your relationship, or navigating family stress or instability. You want clarity, peace, and to feel truly heard and seen. I am eager to work alongside those who are ready explore their story, even if it’s uncomfortable at first. You don’t have to go through it alone—I offer a supportive space where healing, growth, and lasting change are possible. 

I specialize in working with those navigating relationship challenges, substance use disorders, postpartum transitions, trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, and family stress. I also have experience supporting adolescents and at-risk youth, and I enjoy working with couples who are ready to reconnect and strengthen emotional bonds.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet you where you are—literally and emotionally—on your path toward healing and lasting change.
