As the Intake Coordinator at Formation Counseling Center, I’m here to support you through the initial stages of care with clarity and compassion. I take the time to understand what you’re looking for and thoughtfully connect you with a therapist who feels like the right fit.

I also assist with scheduling your first appointment, reviewing your insurance benefits and estimated costs, and answering any questions you may have along the way. I am committed to delivering a compassionate, responsive, and streamlined intake experience, ensuring that each client feels supported and informed as they begin services at Formation Counseling Center. I am available to answer questions and provide ongoing support throughout the intake process.
