I am committed to assisting those dealing with sexual trauma, addiction(s), veterans, couples experiencing communication difficulties, children aged 5-18 who are coping with life's challenges and the family system in promoting healing, understanding and growth in their lives.
With over a decade of experience as a counselor, I bring a non-judgmental, caring approach and provide customized individual and group sessions. I also offer Enneagram assessments designed to meet your specific needs.
My approach to each client is different, depending on the presenting concerns and needs. There is no "one size fits all" in therapy. I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, & Gestalt Therapy in my work with clients.​
