Hello!
I work with individuals ages 12 and up, as well as families, and I also facilitate group therapy for those seeking connection, support, and deeper healing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed, experiential modalities.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of effective therapy, and my priority is to ensure that you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I wholeheartedly believe in your capacity for growth and resilience—and I am here to walk alongside you in that process. I offer free consultation calls so we can explore whether we might be a good fit to work together.
Jessica Hausmann, LPCC, EMDR
If you’re feeling anxious, exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental, trauma-informed space that integrates attachment-based therapy, EMDR, somatic techniques, and an IFS-informed approach. I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship or family stress, codependency, friendship challenges, low self-esteem, addiction, and major life transitions.
At your pace, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, clarify your needs, and gently work through the patterns that have been holding you back. I weave in somatic work, mindfulness, and nervous-system regulation to help you strengthen boundaries, improve communication, build healthier relationships, and feel more grounded, confident, and connected. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply client-centered.
