Sarah Angell, LPCC, MA, NCC

You don’t have to navigate this season on your own. Healing often begins the moment you feel seen, supported, and understood—and that’s the space I strive to create for every client I work with.

I support children, teenagers, adults, and parents who are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of the next step, my role is to help you make sense of your experience and move toward a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who you are becoming.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we clarify what you’re carrying, why it feels heavy, and how you can move forward with more confidence and clarity. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and play therapy for younger clients. With children and teens (8–17), I incorporate parent involvement when helpful to strengthen communication and support progress at home.

Beyond my clinical training, I bring the perspective of being a mother, a military spouse, and someone who grew up in a blended family after divorce. These experiences give me a deep understanding of the complexity, resilience, and tenderness within family systems—and the very real challenges individuals face in periods of change, separation, or transition.

My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care so you can feel supported not just in coping with today, but in building long-term resilience and growth.
